Pejobe Business LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Hunter Talent as a Service (HTaaS) candidate portal ("HTaaS" or "the portal").

This policy applies specifically to HTaaS. It does not cover Pejobe's other advisory and diagnostic services, which are addressed in a separate privacy policy.

When you use HTaaS, we collect the information you provide directly as part of the candidate intake and assessment process, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your professional background and work history
• The professional vertical you select — cybersecurity, M&A / financial analysis, or renewable energy
• Your written English response submitted during the assessment
• Your response to the technical question submitted during the assessment

We use the information you provide to:

• Run the HTaaS vetting process — reviewing your assessment responses to evaluate your fit for placement opportunities
• Create and maintain your candidate record in our systems
• If you pass the assessment, share your profile with our placement partner as described in Section 5
• If you consent, contact you about other Pejobe Business LLC services in the future, separate from this specific assessment

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including your assessment responses, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

If you pass the HTaaS assessment, we share your candidate profile — including your assessment responses and professional background — with [Placement Partner Name], Pejobe's placement partner for this program, for the specific purpose of evaluating you for professional placement opportunities in the United States.

We do not share your data with any other third party, except as necessary to operate HTaaS (such as our data-processing infrastructure providers) or to comply with legal requirements.

Because HTaaS is designed for candidates based in Brazil, we process your personal data in accordance with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), in addition to applicable US law. Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Access — request confirmation of whether we process your data, and a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct — request that we correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• Delete — request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain it
• Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
• Exercise other rights available to you under the LGPD, including data portability
