Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Hunter Talent as a Service (HTaaS) candidate portal operated by Pejobe Business LLC ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use HTaaS.

HTaaS is a candidate vetting and referral service. Pejobe Business LLC uses HTaaS to evaluate Brazilian professionals in cybersecurity, M&A / financial analysis, and renewable energy for potential referral to a placement partner serving the United States job market.

HTaaS includes a self-guided honesty and consent gate, a written assessment, and — for candidates who pass — referral to Pejobe's placement partner. HTaaS is not a guarantee of placement, employment, or an interview; it is a vetting step in a broader referral process.

All content on the HTaaS portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment questions and methodology, and software, is the property of Pejobe Business LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from HTaaS content without our written permission.

Completing the HTaaS assessment honestly is a binding condition of using this service. By starting the test, you agree that:

• Your answers are your own work, completed without the assistance of AI tools or another person answering on your behalf
• Your responses honestly represent your skills, experience, and English proficiency
• Providing an honest answer — including honestly acknowledging what you don't know — carries no penalty on its own. HTaaS evaluates honesty and fit, not perfection

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pejobe Business LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HTaaS, including but not limited to any outcome of a placement referral. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to use HTaaS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the HTaaS portal. Your continued use of HTaaS constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
